JOB SUMMARY
Assist Front Office Manager with the management, direction and
coordination of all front office operations to ensure profitability,
control costs, and quality standards to ensure outstanding owner and
guest services satisfaction.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum three years direct front desk or front office operations
experience in a hospitality environment of which one to two years are in
a supervisory capacity.
- High School diploma required
- Prior cash handling and computer experience required
- College level reasoning math, time management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and lead each disciplineof the department
independently
- Basic English language communication skills in order to communicate
both verbally and and in writing with guests, owners, and team members,
and fully comprehend job assignments
- May be required to lift, carry, push or pull objects weighing up to 25
pounds
- Abilities to use regular office equipment including telephones, fax
machines, copiers, computer, etc
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
College degree in a management or related field preferred
